  • Absolutely! Apart from Vinyasa 2, all our classes are beginner-friendly and open level, and we guide you through each movement step by step.
    No flexibility or experience is required, just an open mind and a willingness to try something new.

  • Hatha Yoga (Open Level)

    • Ideal if you’re new to yoga or want a slower-paced, foundational practice.

    • Focuses on gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation, following a more traditional approach.

    • Helps improve flexibility, stability, and mindfulness.

    Vinyasa 1 (Open Level)

    • Perfect if you're looking for a fun practice to get the body moving.

    • A dynamic yet accessible practice that links breath with movement.

    • Great for improving coordination, flexibility, and focus.

    Vinyasa 2 (Experienced Practitioners)

    • Best if you have some yoga experience and enjoy a stronger practice.

    • Involves more complex sequences and strength-building poses.

    • Helps build stamina, flexibility, and body awareness.

    Vital Strength (Open Level)

    • A blend of mobility training, and functional strength exercises.

    • Ideal for those looking to build resilience, balance, and endurance.

    • Great for athletes, active individuals, or anyone wanting a strong body-mind connection.

    Men’s Yoga (Open Level)

    • Designed specifically for men, focusing on flexibility, mobility, and overall strength.

    • Addresses common areas of tension, such as the shoulders, lower back, and hamstrings.

    • A great choice for men who aren't yet comfortable to join other classes, looking to try yoga for the first time or looking to support other physical activities.

    Meditation (Free Of Charge and Open Level)

    • A quiet space to simply be with yourself and whatever is present on that day.

    • Helps reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, but if don't have one, we provide them free of charge. A bottle of water and a small towel are a great add on.

  • In most cases, yes. Yoga can be adapted to suit different abilities and needs. Please let us know about any injuries or conditions before class so we can offer modifications. If you’re unsure or have a serious condition, check with your doctor first.

  • Contrary to what you may think, Yoga is less about being physically flexible and more being mentally flexible. Regular practice can naturally improve your flexibility over time, but it is not expected, or required.

  • If you are past your first trimester, already physically active, an experienced practitioner and your doctor has no objections, yes.

  • If the class or event you are booked into was cancelled by the studio, yes.

    In other cases, once your order has been processed it will not be refunded and cannot be replaced or exchanged. You can read more about or policy and ethos here.

  • • All classes within The ReWild Studio's schedule can be cancelled up to 12hrs prior to the class start time. You can easily cancel it by clicking into the booked class.
    • The failure to cancel a class within the 12hr time frame will deduct a credit from your pass.
    • Class passes are to be used by the person who booked it. Passes cannot be shared. Extensions or exchanges are not allowed.
    • For courses, workshops or terms outside the The ReWild Studio Schedule, please contact the relevant teacher directly.

  • Drop-ins and class passes can be used on any of the classes listed on The ReWild Studio weekly schedule.

    Workshops, events and courses are sold separately.

  • To book a class, visit the 'schedule’ tab on our website header.
    Click 'book now' and login to our booking platform with your email. Select a class, either purchase a pass or use the credits in your account to finalise you booking.

  • To cancel a class, log into your account and click on your profile.
    Select 'my bookings and orders’, click on the class you wish to cancel and press ‘cancel’.

    Please note that classes can be cancelled up to 12hrs before start time. If you fail to cancel on that time period, it will count as a no show and a pass will be deducted from your account.

  • The ReWild Studio features a welcoming waiting room where you can safely store your belongings, a bathroom and spacious yoga studio.

    We offer yoga mats, straps, blocks and blankets to ensure you have everything you need for your practice.

  • Yes, our studio is only a short walk from the town's carpark and you will also find plenty of parking on the road.
