VINYASA YOGA SEPT - OCT SCHEDULE

Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 3rd of Sept to 10th of October
6:30 to 7:30 PM

€80 - 1x class per week (Tuesdays or Thursdays)
€15 drop-in (if available)

Please bring your own Yoga Mat, towel and Yoga blocks if you have them.

Dani teaches Vinyasa Yoga rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, which aims to balance both passive and active qualities in body and mind.

Expect moments of dynamism and stillness in equal measure, with many opportunities to dive deeper into your energy body through Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Dharana (concentration/meditation techniques).

This class is welcome to all genders and levels, however, if you are a complete beginner don't hesitate to get in touch with Dani in advance for a brief assessment.

About the facilitator:

Dani has over a decade of practising Yoga and has studied under the guidance of various teachers from different schools and styles in Brazil, Ireland, India and Indonesia.

With deep respect for Yogic Traditions and an unwavering fascination towards Indian culture, she returns to India regularly to drink from the source and continue sharing this knowledge from a place of humility and grace.

She is a certified Tantra, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher, Lymphatic Drainage massage therapist, level 1 Reiki Practitioner and Menstrual Cycle Awareness facilitator with a multi-disciplinary background in dance, acting and music.

Her teaching style aims to be trauma-informed, respecting each individual’s physical and emotional needs by creating a safe and welcoming environment where all can connect to the profound effects Yoga brings into our lives.
