Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and self-care, combining Sound Bath, Emotional Freedom Technique and Yoga Nidra for the ultimate winter tonic that will balm your heart and soothe your nervous system.

Who is this for? All genders, ages and bodies needing a bit of TLC, stress relief and space to care for oneself.

What should I expect? A two-hour evening combining three different practices that together allow you to do very little and receive a lot, focusing on the heart and your ability to give, receive, and of course, love.

What is EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique is a self-applied stress reduction technique. Tapping balances activity between the sympathetic and parasympathetic regions of your brain. It can be used as a tool to address stress and anxiety and improve performance and concentration. Studies have shown that an hour of EFT Tapping can reduce cortisol production in the body by up to 43%.

What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative practice where a participant is 'bathed' in sound waves from multiple different instruments. The vibrations of the sound waves can help a person to come into a deeply relaxed state and often can help a person let go of stress, worry or anxiety.

What is Yoga Nidra? Originating from ancient teachings in the Yogic System, Yoga Nidra or 'Yogic Sleep’ is a form of non-sleep deep rest done through guided meditation scientifically proven to alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, insomnia and more.

About your facilitators:

Sinead Mahony from Cuisle Wellness is a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner and Sound Therapist. After experiencing severe burnout, Sinead turned to practices to support her well-being on a daily basis. She now uses her practices daily to support her nervous system and helps her clients to release stress supporting them in their daily lives.

Dani Hiro is a dedicated modern disciple of Yogic teachings with over a decade of studying and practising the profound effects of the practice on one's body, mind and energy. With a background in theatre, music and dance, and a deep interest in rewilding and nature, Dani creates unique experiences that weave traditional teachings, creativity and connection to nature.
She is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha-Tantra, Yin Yoga, Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist with over 500hrs in training.
