Wed, 24th of January 2024

After countless Earthing Into The Medicine retreats in the West of Ireland & pop-ups in festivals, we are back for the 2024 winter edition! To honour the medicine of winter, this retreat will be held online so we can all enjoy it from the cosiness of our own homes for more ease and accessibility.

We have lovingly guided dozens of women on a journey of connecting to the medicines around and within and we invite you to join us on this soul-quenching Online Retreat to explore herbal medicine making with local and seasonal herbs, lymphatic drainage massage and facial gua sha, and more!

We begin our workshop with an opening circle, followed by gentle movement and mindfulness practices to prime our bodies to receive the evening ahead.
Dani will then move into the Lymphatic Health part of the workshop, where we will learn what is and why is the lymphatic system so essential for our well-being. Together, we will practice a full-body lymphatic drainage massage sequence as well as facial gua-sha. Expect glowing skin and a rush of clarity!

In the second part of the workshop, Jen will be focusing on herbs that you can find in your kitchen to make medicine & potions from during those cosy dark winter evenings to boost your immunity and help you move through the winter months more harmoniously. From vinegars to syrups Jen has enough recipes to keep you busy (and buzzing) all winter!

Welcome to everybody!
